Twin Pin - Stage 2

I surfed the new Twin Pin today for the first time in good 4 foot conditions. It felt really stable under foot and went from rail to rail with plenty of glide. This one will be definitely be coming on my trip to Indo.

Features & Benefits

Introducing the next generation of our all time favourite surfboard, the original Twin Pin. This trimmed down and performance orientated template takes the things we love about the old faithful and brings it to a whole other level for experienced surfers. With the ability to be surfed vertically and in the pocket than the original, the Stage 2 Twin Pin is a fast and reactive everyday shortboard that won’t let you down.

Great For

The shortboarder who’s tired of their once favourite thruster and looking for more speed without losing performance, or the intermediate to advanced surfer who’s drifted too far into the mid length realm and is wanting to return to a more performance surfing approach.

+ Surfs Like

Small Waves Designed for decent to good waves, this board would prefer you leave it in the car and opt for its bigger more forgiving brother when the waves are below waist high. However if you're up to battle it out on your shortboard, you might just be suprised by the quick speed off the mark

Solid Waves The twin fin set up and pin tail outline combine for a surprising amount of control in critical sections and plenty of speed to race down the line when the waves are bigger

Crumbly Waves The combination of speed with more maneuverability opens up lots of possibilities when the waves are sub par. Link up sections with explosive turns and trim through the flats that your standard thruster would have bogged down in.

Hollow Waves A quick burst of speed off the take off makes this board an excellent option for hollow waves. Additional nose rocker will have you making late drops with confidence while the pin tail helps hold a rail.
